By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Service Overview

Zeki Bus provides luxury bus rental, chauffeur service, airport transfer, corporate travel, and VIP transport services in Saudi Arabia.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, driver assignment, and confirmation from our operations team.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made online via www.zekibus.com, by phone, or through WhatsApp/email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount.
  • Zeki Bus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • The customer must provide accurate travel details, including date, time, pickup, and drop-off location.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or on trip start, as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Prices include vehicle, driver, and fuel (unless stated otherwise).
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra distance, or changes in itinerary.
  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes (if any).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 24 hours before the trip: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the trip: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure proper conduct during the trip and comply with local Saudi regulations.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged to the customer.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

6. Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles are for pre-approved routes and duration only.
  • The driver has the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.
  • Zeki Bus ensures that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fully insured.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Zeki Bus is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and used only for booking, communication, and service improvement.

9. Amendments

Zeki Bus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
